What makes you unique?
HPR Insurance is a service organization, not a sales organization. We are a small company that concentrates on a limited number of healthcare clients, providing them with unique risk management products and focused customer service; services that minimizes the hidden costs of working with insurance carriers.
What types of accounts have you been most effective with?
All of our clients are larger physician groups, multi-specialty clinics, and IPAs, along with community based hospitals. We have been most successful helping organizations that are cohesive in nature and have an active risk management program in place.
What about services such as risk management, actuarial and loss control?
We have contracts with outside specialists to provide the additional services we do not have on staff. This makes it possible for us to bring in the best specialists for your specific need at the time that you need them. You probably won’t see our specialists at a presentation meeting, but you will see them when you need them.
What is the background of your staff?
The people working at HPR Insurance Services have a combined 100 years of experience working with insurance and healthcare organizations. Some of us have worked for large international insurance brokerage firms such as Alexander & Alexander, Aon, and Willis. In addition our people have worked for physician management companies, for medical clinics, for managed care organizations and for hospitals.
